work out plan!!!

OK so this is a lay out of my typical workout plan. Some changes may occur depending on weather life if i go run for example. But here it is my work out plan:


Morning work (before "breakfast")
        100 crunches depending if i have more time or not i will also do 100 Indian crunches and 100 jumping jacks and if its on the weekends or i am not busy i will also go run/walk maybe a mile or two.

Afternoon work (after "lunch")
         100 crunches
         100 Indian crunches
         *50 side plank pumps (right)
         *50 side plank pumps (left)
         1 min. side plank (2 times with 15 second break in between) (right)
         1 min. side plank (2 times with 15 second break in between) (left)
         1 min plank (2 times with 15 second break in between)
         100 jumping jacks
         100 side leg lifts (right outer thigh)
         100 side leg lifts (left inner thigh)
         100 side leg lifts (right inner thigh)
         100 side leg lifts (left outer thigh)
         1 min v-sit (2 times with 15 second break in between)
         1 min v-sit twist (2 times with 15 second break in between, second time may be with a weight or not)
         50 full out extension crunches

Night work (after "dinner")
        This work out also varies depending on if i have time and weather. it usually consists of running/walking a mile or two, and then 100 jumping jacks, 100 crunches , and 100 Indian crunches

*while in the side plank position for reps of 4 seconds each  thrust your hip up into full position wait 4 seconds then bring it down into rest position without touching the ground and repeat
